To follow the guide book and the trainer diligently and with discipline is important.
Within the fastest possible time, to be able to execute each station for the “Front of House” or “The Back of House” in order to pass the “Probation Period “within the 3 months training.
To always show good leadership examples to your working colleagues in the restaurant.
To observe the full regulation and policies of the restaurant in your everyday training.
To give regular feedback and seek guidance from your trainer in order to hasten your training
