We are currently looking for two Site Managers for our Client's site located in the Kilpilahti industrial area, which is the largest chemical concentration in the Nordic countries. The refinery produces fossil and renewable products. The project starts as soon as possible.
Main tasks for this position are:
- Monitoring of the site progress
- Acting as a construction expert
- Compiling the contracting plan
- Production, supervision and coordination of work documents
- Leading the technical part of the contract negotiations together with the design team
- Planning and implementation of site arrangements
- Management of supervision of various types of work during the installation, construction and start-up phases
- Reporting to the project manager on progress and possible threats
- Management of official matters and the monitoring of compliance with them
- Finalizing the construction site, final reporting and aftercare of implementation
- Ensuring occupational safety
- Resourcing the implementation phase together with the Head of Constraction
Requirements:
- Technical background suitable for the position (e.g. electrical and automation engineer)
- Experience in construction, design or maintenance tasks of process plants
- Experience in industrial construction
- Active work attitude
- Good leadership skills
- Good cooperation and communication skills
- Good pressure tolerance
- Valid occupational safety, hot work, EA1 and electrical safety cards are considered an advantage
- Finnish and English language skills
