HR & Admin Manager [Singapore]


 

Job Requirements

  • Handle full spectrum of Human Resource and administrative functions
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, extending job offers, onboarding new employees and work pass applications
  • Process monthly payroll, CPF submission, yearly IR8A submission, and government claims (childcare, maternity claim etc)
  • Prepare employment documents such as letter of employment, increment letters, resignation acceptance letters and disciplinary action letters, etc.
  • Manage international employee transfers from/to other offices
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Handle employee benefits administration, including healthcare, insurance, and other benefits programs
  • Handle queries from and prepare surveys from statutory boards (MOM, CPF, IRAS etc.).
  • Manage all aspects of the rental & infrastructure planning (lease, moves and changes to workstations) of the office
  • Coordinate with other offices and the appointed secretary company to file and keep records of important corporate documents.
  • Oversee general administrative tasks and manage the day-to-day administrative duties
  • Perform any other HR and Admin duties as assigned by management


Job Requirements

  • Degree in HR or equivalent
  • 8 years of relevant experience
  • Strong in Employment Visa for expat from various countries
  • Strong knowledge in Employment laws and regulations
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to start work immediate or short notice
  • Work Location : Raffles Place
