Job Requirements
- Handle full spectrum of Human Resource and administrative functions
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, extending job offers, onboarding new employees and work pass applications
- Process monthly payroll, CPF submission, yearly IR8A submission, and government claims (childcare, maternity claim etc)
- Prepare employment documents such as letter of employment, increment letters, resignation acceptance letters and disciplinary action letters, etc.
- Manage international employee transfers from/to other offices
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Handle employee benefits administration, including healthcare, insurance, and other benefits programs
- Handle queries from and prepare surveys from statutory boards (MOM, CPF, IRAS etc.).
- Manage all aspects of the rental & infrastructure planning (lease, moves and changes to workstations) of the office
- Coordinate with other offices and the appointed secretary company to file and keep records of important corporate documents.
- Oversee general administrative tasks and manage the day-to-day administrative duties
- Perform any other HR and Admin duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Degree in HR or equivalent
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong in Employment Visa for expat from various countries
- Strong knowledge in Employment laws and regulations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to start work immediate or short notice
