Roles and Responsibilities
- Processing of assigned customers’ incoming purchase orders. Placement of orders to supplier in China and reply customers with delivery schedule.
- Scheduling of production plan to the supplier/ factory upon receipt of demand.
- Processing of shipping documents from supplier and update customers.
- Coordinate weekly shipment delivery including responding to occasional urgent delivery request from customers.
- RMA, Return Material Authorization of goods from customers due to complaints or quality issue. Working closely with supplier/ factory to provide recovery/resolution to customers.
- Forward statement of account prepared by accounts to customers once a month.
o Payment follow-up (work with sales if needed)
o Advise Accounts upon receipt of payment
- To carry out any additional job-related duties which the Management may assign from time to time, when and where necessary
- Evaluate and improve the work processes and continuous improvements on department performance
职责
- 处理指定客户的传入采购订单。向中国供应商下订单并回复客户交货时间表。
- 在收到需求后为供应商/工厂安排生产计划。
- 处理来自供应商的运输文件并更新给客户。
- 协调每周发货,包括响应客户偶尔的紧急发货请求。
- RMA,客户因投诉或质量问题而对货物进行退货授权。与供应商/工厂密切合作,为客户提供恢复/解决方案。
- 每月一次将准备的账户报表转发给客户。
o 付款跟进(如果需要,与销售人员合作)
o 在收到付款后通知账户
- 在需要的时候,执行管理层分配的其他额外跟工作相关的职责,
- 评估和改进工作流程并持续改进部门绩效
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in international trading or logistics
- Working experiences in electronic component manufacturers are preferred;
- Demonstrates excellent planning skills
- Good in written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proficient in English and 普通话
- Able to read/ speak and write 普通话
要求
- 2-3年外贸跟单或物流相关工作经验
- 从事过电子元件生产企业的优先;
- 出色的计划能力
- 良好的书面和口头沟通技巧
- 精通 Microsoft Excel、Word 和 Outlook
- 精通英语和中文
- 能够说普通话,读和写中文
