Personal Assistant [South Africa]


 

Bayteck, a national company requires the services of a Personal Assistantat its branch in Midrand, Gauteng.

Requirements are:

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant.

* Efficiency in office admin

* Flexible and willing to handle issues outside of normal contracted hours

* Must have experience and knowledge in general finance matters.

* Must have experience working on Pastel

* Excellent IT and MS Office skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

* Ability to multi-task

* Effective team working skills

* Excellent communication Skills

* Precise attention to detail

* Must have telephone etiquette

* Self-Motivated

* Ability to interact with clients, and all staff in a professional manner

* Be able to function in a fast-changing environment and work under high-pressure levels.

* Well Organized
