Your day to day:
TV Operations Group ensures operation and the introduction of new features and releases of the managed network elements and service platforms.
The TV Service Excellence is responsible for the overarching strategic projects for sustainable solutions and stabilization of the quality of our end customer services in his operational area. He is responsible for both the overall end-to-end and lifecycle responsibility and ensures that the TV Operations Group is positioned accordingly for customer and service-related support issues.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
- Manages the projects related to TV care technologies from an E2E perpective which include the analysis of requirements, definition of specifications, software development and deployment phases, transfer of solutions’ admininstration towards the Operational teams.
- Ensures the coordination of operational aspects in the managed/supervised projects. Also ensures proper planification of resources and delivery phases, is in charge with risks and stakeholder management, escalation.
- Central contact for strategic initiatives and core projects within the TV Operations Group Department to establish service and lifecycle responsibilities in the operations areas.
- Improves on the long term perspective the service management KPIs in respect of service performance. Supervises the end-to-end service Quality whithin TV departmetns by developing dashboards and scripts necesary for the KPI monitoring.
- Defines the technical specifications for operational and care service requirements, ensures their deployment and configuration into the operational tools so as the live sytemes would perform according with the client requirements. Offers support in understanding of the service concepts in the management committees, e.g. to ExCo level
- Representing complex relationships between customer requirements and technology realization projects
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- In-depth knowledge of network structures, system techniques and protocols in modern telecommunication networks
- 3 years of project experience, ideally in a technical operating environment
- Experience in quality management and quality KPIs
- Experience with supplier / partner management and contract negotiations
- Ideally experience in process management (e.g., ITIL, eTOM, SixSigma)
- English fluent / business fluent
- Very good communication skills, convincing arguments, professional presentation
