We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager for a well-known and busy upmarket restaurant located in the Rosebank / Sandton Areas of Johannesburg. The ideal candidate must have previous restaurant management experience within an upmarket restaurant.
This position offers a performance incentive structure.
Strict requirements:
- Grade 12
- South African ID
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a restaurant manager (Upmarket restaurant)
- Own reliable transport
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- MUST live in the Johannesburg area
- Clear criminal record
