ROLE PURPOSE

The Applicant must meet the following requirements:

Building capacity within the Security Department in ensuring that KPI's are met.
MAIN OUTPUTS
- Ensuring compliance with the Client's SOP.
- Incident management and investigations.
- Internal and External incident management and investigations.
- Compilation of investigation reports and monthly incident reports.
- Creation of incident Tracker for visibility.
- Chairing of Monthly Governance meeting with MANCO and the Client .
- Compilation of effective management information framework to address BFM, Client and ASP's requirements and obligations.
- Consult and guide the organisation and the Client in establishing security controls to mitigate potential risks.
- Ensuring compliance with the Client's site access and asset deployment procedures.
- Conducting risk assessments on BFM and Client's premises. Implementation of recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
The Applicant must meet the following requirements:
- Diploma in Security management studies/Risk Management/ Special Security Practices
- Grade 12
- Psira Grade A
- National Key Point
- Knowledge of the Firearm control act
- Valid SA Driver's Licence
- Incident Investigation Report writing and Analysis
- Experience in the Facilities Management environment
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Plus 10 Years Security Management experience
- Logistics management
- Computer literate
- Interpersonal skills
- Health and Safety experience
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project and MS Outlook, SAP Knowledge.
