We are a well-known construction company based in Auckland looking for 10physically healthy, hard-working construction workers who can get on with it & do a great job!
This is a permanent full-time position. Your working hours will be from Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 18:00, and you will be guaranteed to work at least 30 hours per week.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Perform general construction work on construction sites
- Assist in setting up the job sites and preparing the layouts
- Erect and repair building structures
- Load and unload building and construction materials
- Move tools and equipment to construction sites
- Assist tradesmen to work on construction sites, such as carpentry, formwork, steel fixing, bricklaying, tiling, plastering, painting, etc.
- General site clean-ups
- Any other duties the employer may reasonably require the employee to perform
Requirements for the job:
- Prior work experience is not required but would be an advantage
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good physical fitness for heavy lifting
- Good communication skills
- Multitasking ability
- No criminal record
The pay rate for successful applicants will be paid between $27.00 - $30.00, depending on skill and experience.
