In this newly created role, you will be our technical expert on Apple solutions. You will have the opportunity to influence and advise on how tech can enhance business and education. Together with the rest of the Apple team, you will be working with all customers in different segments but also with a focus on education.

What does an Apple Sales Consultant do at Dustin
In the role of our new Apple Sales Consultant, you will be very close to the educational institutes in Norway. With your knowledge about Apple solutions, you are given the autonomy to visit customers and advice on Apple programs.
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Customer visits
- Technical/commercial advise on policies, mobile device management solutions and Apple Programs.
- Advising customers on Apple programs, products, and services
- Forecasting and creating proposals with internal stakeholders
- Training and development of Dustin's employees
- Regular meetings with Apple stakeholders

What you bring

- Has an understanding of the public and educational market
- Good Technical/Commercial knowledge on the latest mobility solutions (Jamf/Intune)
- Passionate about Apple services and products
- Has good experience working with public customers
- Feels comfortable driving stakeholder management and customer meetings in Norwegian
- Feels comfortable working with colleagues and internal stakeholders in English
