One of the key aspects of your role is a thorough understanding of the right balance between business, product design, and our customers and serving our brand’s purpose, business missions, and customer needs.
Major Responsibilities:
Passion for creating customer-focused design and market-leading user experience
Identify product gaps, generate new design ideas and optimize UX, and help the team improve product overall capabilities
Create Interaction/UX designs of product features in Adobe XD/Figma/Photoshop
Ideate new product feature designs based on product feature ideas
Work with customers to understand their design needs, elicit their requirements and discuss them with Product Managers
Designing for marketing and branding of the product
Ability to create high-fidelity feature mockups and supporting assets using Adobe XD, Figma, PhotoShop, and Illustrator
Work collaboratively with product managers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user experience.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes back-end and front-end engineers and product managers to create simple, easy-to-use interfaces.
Translate client business requirements, user needs, and technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and professionally engaging
Deliver all design assets and documents required by development teams for making pixel-perfect front-end
Requirements:
Have 3-4 years of professional design experience as a UI/UX designer
A strong portfolio on Dribbble or Behance demonstrating user-centered UX/UI Mobile/Web-based design skills
At least 2-3 product designs have been successfully rolled out into Production [Mention links/app names on your resume and show their source files during interviews]
Have a clear understanding of UX design systems, patterns, layouts, and UX problem-solving.
Proficiency with design tools and techniques including Adobe XD, Figma, PhotoShop, Illustrator, and animation tools
Self-starter and proactive
Demonstrated history of benefiting from user data (e.g., end-user research) will be a plus.
Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and presentation skills
Skills:
Understanding of SaaS Products SDLC and SRLC
Customer-facing: Design presentations, Meetings, and Negotiations.
