Internal responsibilities

  • Drive and oversee innovative product development.
  • Create and develop innovative product concepts, claims, design and translate them to financially viable business cases.
  • Coordinate and work closely with counterparts, including project leader, supply chain, R&D and suppliers in each step of the development process from end to end; and ensure the success launch of the new products.
  • Communicate intensively with HQ.
  • Keep post to the latest global product pipeline and update to other the country.
  • Support HQ about the document integration from other country.
  • Manage and transfer the request from Asian countries to HQ.
  • Support impactful launches of core projects.
  • Drive the completion of all support materials and presentations.
  • Ideate strong concepts and powerful claims to support every launch and re-promote.
  • Create and develop marketing product assets, including but not limited to KV, video, pack shot, etc.
  • Manage the information flow across Asian countries to ensure strategy and plans are understood and aligned.
  • Track and analyze business performance
  • Evaluate & report on marketing activity, actual sales in NEA by developing a simple set of key performance indicators.
  • Generate relevant and differentiating consumer insights in China and other Asian countries.
  • Support on trend scouting, competitor analysis and contribute to strategic innovation road map.

Internal Qualifications

  • University degree with at least 3 years of work experience in beauty industry with proven success, preferably with Skincare/Facecare experience.
  • Passion for product innovation.
  • High interest and fruitful insight of face care.
  • Good understanding on China face care market.
  • Strong analytical skills and logic mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English ability.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
