Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Planning: Collaborate with operation team to optimize PM planning & follows maintenance procedures. Effectively manage resource on each PM/CM activities. Manages daily work order to maximize machines & equipment reliability to achieve TRS target.
- AM Support: Provide technical data, standards & solutions for machine related activities. Effectively participates brainstorming session with working teams for Root cause analysis or continuous improvement project.
- Maintenance System: Leads to review PM & spare parts inventory, identify gap & provide solid actions for gap closure. Ensures PM/CM work orders are planned & execute as planned. Maintain/update machine database in CMMS system. Maximize utilization of CMMS to optimize machine reliability
- Uptime Management: Develops effective PM plans according to operation plan. Provides and follows up downtime reports, planning and data analysis to create actions as agreed for uptime optimization. Leads in RCA session for major machines downtime with gap identified and solid actions to maximize uptime operation.
- Daily Machine Downtime: Provide daily machine downtime report. Leads to review immediate actions & prevention for machine downtime & ensure all actions completed as committed timeline.
- Safety Requirement: Set standard to ensure all PM/CM activities 100% followed safety standard. Leads team to develop effective JSA/Safety working procedure.
- Quality Systems: Effectively manage all documents to support ISO, HACCP, GMP and others Q&FS standard. Create new Work instructions and properly review/update existing documents in Nexus system. Collaborate with all involved functions to solid actions for CAPA gap closure within timeline.
- Reliability SM CAB: manage reliability projects to meet business objective & comply with Mars safety & quality standard.
- Flexible to work in extent hours and on weekend to support site priority if required
Job Specifications/Qualifications
- Bachelors in Mechanic, Mechatronic, Instrumentation engineering or related fields.
- Experience 5 years in related position is a plus. Preferably with food industry
- Experience in Machine reliability and Project Management are essential.
- Proven record/knowledge in Machine Maintenance, PM planning.
- Experience in using the Computerized Maintenance Management System is a plus
- MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD
