Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees, supervises, and evaluates the operations of the Accounting Department
- Establish accounting systems and enforce policies and procedures.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to accounts.
- Assign Daily base tasking between accounting staff members.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our Accounts according to client needs and objectives.
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and Taxes.
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
What We Are Looking For
- Min 6+ years of professional working experience including at least two years of experience in a managerial role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
- Qualification: M. Com or MBA finance
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, financial analysis & Taxation techniques.
- Strong experience in month-end close, financial, and regulatory reporting
- Experience in working with high volumes of transactional data in financial analytics and financial reporting processes including.
- Strong punctuality and time management skills
- Excellent documentation and spreadsheet skills
- Proficiency in financial software systems and advanced Excel skills.
